Role: Personal Assistant

Basis: Part Time – 20 – 25 hours per week (flexible)

Salary/Package: Up to £35,000 pro rata

Primary Purpose

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Personal Assistant to support our client’s team and Chief Commercial Officer.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple moving parts, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all staff working with the client, handling queries and resolving issues wherever possible.
Escalate matters to HR or the main client contact (CEO) when appropriate.
Arrange and manage regular travel including flights, accommodation, trains, cars, and taxis for both UK and international trips.
Arrange and support team-building events and initiatives.
Coordinate multiple diaries across different teams and time zones.
Schedule team meetings, departmental meetings, and conduct 1-2-1s.
Ensure all materials, documents, and prep work are completed and distributed in advance of any meetings.
Work closely with the Central Services Director to ensure all invoices to the client are accurate and issued on time.
Assist with tender responses and quotes.
Adhoc administrative tasks to support C-Suite

Skills and Expertise Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, approachable, and able to handle sensitive or confidential matters.
Experience arranging travel and coordinating meetings.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Previous project coordination or people-support role is advantageous.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
