Part-Time Control Room Operator
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for additional Control Room Operators to join our professional and fast-paced Operations Centre team. Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, our office is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Moreton-in-Marsh train station.
As a Control Room Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional monitoring and response services for a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Working within our 24/7 Operations Centre, you will be responsible for monitoring a range of security and life-safety systems, ensuring all alerts are handled promptly, professionally, and in accordance with agreed service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, intruder alarm, fire detection, and aspiration systems in real time.
- Respond proactively to incoming alerts and incidents, taking appropriate action in line with client procedures and service standards.
- Follow strict security protocols to maintain the safety and integrity of client sites.
- Accurately record incidents, actions, and events using specialist software systems.
- Liaise with clients, emergency services, contractors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Escalate incidents appropriately and provide clear communication throughout.
Working Hours
- Approximately 20 hours per week, typically worked across two 10-hour day shifts.
- Flexible shift patterns available within our 24-hour operation.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working in a control room, monitoring centre, or security environment.
- Security industry qualifications or licences.
- Experience in a customer service-focused role.
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
