TDK Mechanical Services is looking for an organised, customer-focused Business Coordinator to join our busy operations team in Epping.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, coordinating multiple tasks and delivering excellent customer service. You'll be a key part of our service delivery team, ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently and residents and clients receive outstanding support.

Whether you have experience as a Service Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, Administrator or Customer Service Coordinator, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Scheduling engineers and subcontractors for reactive and planned maintenance
Managing jobs through our job management system
Speaking with residents and clients by phone and email
Providing updates on appointments and ongoing works
Coordinating diaries and operational schedules
Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Supporting Contract Managers and Project Managers
Ordering materials and equipment
Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
Helping ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved

We're looking for someone who has

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Strong organisational and planning abilities

✔ The ability to prioritise a busy workload

✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office

✔ Great attention to detail

✔ A positive, proactive attitude

Experience in scheduling, planning, facilities management, construction, maintenance or housing repairs would be advantageous but is not essential.
