We are now looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist & Skincare Specialist to join our flagship team.
This is a dual-role position combining advanced facial treatments with luxury skincare retail. Success in this role requires both exceptional treatment skills and confidence in consultative skincare sales. We are seeking someone who is passionate about skin health, committed to delivering outstanding client experiences, and motivated to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional facial treatments to the highest professional standard.
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans for each client.
- Recommend personalised skincare routines from our curated portfolio of brands.
- Drive retail sales through confident, consultative recommendations that genuinely benefit the client.
- Encourage repeat bookings and help build a loyal client following.
- Educate clients on product usage, treatment protocols, and long-term skin health.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Uphold the immaculate presentation and standards of the clinic and retail environment.
- Stay up to date with skincare innovations, ingredients, treatments, and product knowledge across all brands we carry.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Facialist, Skin Therapist, or in a comparable professional skincare role.
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is essential.
- Level 4 qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' experience achieving retail sales targets within a skincare, beauty, or luxury retail environment.
- Strong consultation skills with the ability to confidently recommend treatment plans and skincare routines.
- Passionate about skincare, ingredients, and delivering visible client results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished, and confident in working with a discerning clientele.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience with Biologique Recherche is beneficial but not essential.
- Must be available to work weekends.
