Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive with a proactive approach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the digital and physical marketing of the highest quality German motorhome manufacturers, Morelo, Carthago, Knaus & Weinsberg.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will have a strong understanding of market trends, data analysis tools, and effective communication techniques to optimise marketing campaigns across various channels.

Whilst much of this role requires technical knowledge and expertise along with a strong eye for detail, we are keen to meet someone with creative flair and a positive, upbeat and enthusiastic outlook.

Duties

Manage and promote the New and Used vehicle stock list, with complete advertising, write ups, photos, video, interactive 360 tours, prices and more.
Create distinct on-brand graphics for both social media and print, for showroom offers, events and exhibition materials including banners, posters, flags and other promotional items.
Manage email marketing through MailChimp to a large database and look for opportunities of growth for the database.
Maintain a marketing calender throughout the year to create relevant content for industry events and promotional sales events.
Manage and make best use of multiple social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google with content and reputation management.
Manage and liaise with various agencies regarding PPC, paid advertising, media campaigns and press runs.
Have an understanding of SEO and best practices regarding PPC, indexing and analytics etc.
Create reports based on GA4, Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager to demonstrate areas of growth, stalls and problems regarding effective marketing.
Liaise with press, influencers and industry experts regarding video content marketing.
Track and understand our competitors, industry trends, pricing and marketing direction.
Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom & Premiere Pro.
Video and Audio editing.
Full driving Licence required as moving vehicles is a requirement.
There may be a requirement to work away for certain events and trade fairs such as the Birmingham NEC Motorhome Show.
Report and liaise with the Sales Director and work closely with all members of the team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Pay: £32,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
