We’re recruiting on behalf of our private healthcare client for Occupational Health in Central London. These salaried, weekday roles offer an excellent benefits package.
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – Office and Remote, Weekdays Only
Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities (Minimum 3 days per week).
Salary: Salary £110000- £130000 (depending on experience)

As an OHP with us, you will be the designated partner for our corporate clients, working directly with their employees and HR teams to embed in occupational health services. You will provide expert guidance, advice, and support, ensuring employees have seamless access to our full suite of healthcare services and that the client experience is consistent and effective.
Your responsibilities will include:
Occupational health case management, triage, and absence reviews
Clinical consultations including initial appointments (60 mins) and follow-ups (30 mins)
Peer review, audit, and quality assurance
Administration, documentation, and client reporting
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic employee support
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client organisations and their HR teams
Embed our clients occupational health services within client organisations
Provide guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure the service is delivered effectively

You’ll also need to:
A genuine passion for promoting healthy outcomes, with an approachable, caring, and supportive manner. You will foster a culture of proactive engagement and effective partnership with corporate client services.
Primary Medical Degree (MBBS)
Full GMC registration and a valid UK Licence to Practise
Qualified Occupational Health clinician with Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed)
Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM)
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records
