Full job description

Job Title: Trainee Sports Coach
Location: Various Primary Schools across the North East
Hours: Minimum 18 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities). Rising to up to 40 in school holidays.

Are you passionate about sports and enjoy working with children? Simply Sport is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to begin their journey as a Trainee Sports Coach.

As part of our team, you will receive full training and support while working alongside experienced coaches in local primary schools. You’ll develop the key skills and qualifications needed to become a confident, fully qualified sports coach, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

What we’re looking for:

A strong interest in sports and education
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Great communication skills and the ability to engage with children
Reliability and good time management
Access to your own transport (essential due to multiple school locations)
