Welcome to BOUNC

BOUNC is more than a padel club, it’s a movement. A place where people come together through play, energy, and shared experience. At the heart of it all sits CUBE, our café and kitchen space designed to fuel movement, connection and community.

As part of our Front of House team, you are the face of BOUNC. You create the first impression, shape the atmosphere and play a huge role in making members and guests want to come back again and again.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. We’re looking for warm, confident personalities who genuinely enjoy people, thrive in busy environments and bring positive energy into the space every shift.

The Role

We’re looking for energetic, people-focused individuals who love hospitality and enjoy creating great experiences.

You’ll spend your time welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, and learning how to make great coffee. If you already have barista experience, amazing. If not, that’s absolutely fine. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, confidence and willingness to learn.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working closely with our kitchen team and management to deliver a seamless front-of-house experience.

Shift Patterns

We are currently recruiting for team members who are available to work across the following shifts:

11:30am – 6:00pm
6:00pm – 2:00/3:00am

Availability across evenings and weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and confidently
Take food and drink orders
Making and serving hot and cold drinks
Serve food and drinks to a high standard
Build rapport with members, regulars and first-time visitors
Keeping a clean, organised and well-presented space
Handle payments and POS systems accurately
Support opening and closing procedures when required
Supporting the café, kitchen and padel operations
Represent BOUNC’s values and energy at all times
Support events, peak periods and special activations

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll fit right in if you:

Are happy to learn new skills
Stay calm when it’s busy
Can work early mornings, evenings and weekends

Even better if you have:

Experience in hospitality or café environments
Experience as a Barista
A level 2 food safety & hygiene qualification
An interest in food, movement, wellness or community-led spaces
