We are looking for a highly organised, detail-orientated weighbridge office administrator and accounts assistant to join our team.

We are looking for:

* An individual who has a great phone manner and confidence with customers.

* Strong computer skills- comfortable learning new software.

* Good written and verbal communication.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

responsibilities:

*Vehicle weighing: Process all incoming and outgoing vehicles; Record tare (empty) and gross (loaded) weights accurately.

* Ticketing & compliance: Print official weighbridge tickets; check vehicle registration plates match system records.

* Customer & site safety: Greet drivers; direct them to correct areas and explain safety rules.

* Verification: check customers identity documents when they register with us.

Dealing with inbound and outbound calls involving skip orders, scrap or general enquiries .

* Create sales invoices daily from completed weighbridge tickets and skip hires.

* Cash handling: Record cash, card, and on-account payments from public and trade customers.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
