We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Casino Manager to join our team in Leicester, helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences while leading a high-performing venue team.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Casino Expertise: You’ve got solid UK casino management experience and a deep understanding of all gaming activities - from slots to tables - and how to optimise them for performance and profitability.
- Licensed Leader: You hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand the responsibilities that come with it.
- Customer-First Mindset: You know what today’s players want and how to deliver it -creating a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps them coming back.
- Operational Excellence: You’re laser-focused on maximising performance across the gaming floor, ensuring every area runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong Communicator: You foster open dialogue, encourage feedback, and lead with clarity and purpose.
- Change Champion: You embrace change and help others do the same in a fast-evolving business landscape.
- Safer Gambling Advocate: You’re well-versed in safer gambling practices and ensure your team delivers fun, responsible play.
- Inclusive Leadership: You celebrate individuality, lead with empathy, and build high-performing, diverse teams that thrive.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
