Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised graduate to join our team in a varied administrative role within an established property company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment and develop a broad range of administrative, organisational and communication skills.
You will work closely with the team, providing day-to-day administrative support, helping to ensure the business runs efficiently. The role is varied and will involve working with different people, managing information, handling enquiries and supporting a range of business activities.
No previous experience within the property sector is required. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, well organised and keen to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support the team with the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and internal systems, ensuring information is organised and up to date.
- Prepare documents, reports and correspondence as required.
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally, directing queries to the appropriate member of the team.
- Communicate with clients, customers and external contacts in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist with organising meetings, appointments, schedules and other business activities.
- Support the team with data entry, document management, filing and general office administration.
- Help coordinate various tasks and ensure information and documentation are managed efficiently.
- Provide general support to colleagues across the business as required.
- Take responsibility for completing tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
About You
- A recent graduate looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Previous office or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
- An interest in business, administration, real estate or professional services would be advantageous, but we welcome applications from graduates of different academic backgrounds.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative position within a professional property business. You will gain experience across a range of office-based activities, work closely with an experienced team.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
