Full job description

We are an independent, specialist, conveyancing law firm seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our growing team.

Working closely with experienced Solicitors, you will assist with a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing matters and property portfolio management. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documentation, carrying out searches, liaising with clients and third parties, and supporting transactions through to completion.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a commercial property or conveyancing environment, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload. A professional approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
Preparing contracts, leases, reports and other legal documentation.
Conducting searches and due diligence investigations.
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors.
Managing files and maintaining accurate case records.
Supporting fee earners with a varied commercial property caseload.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or within a property law team.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
