Educated Recruitment are delighted to be seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator and Resourcer to join their friendly, supportive, and dedicated team in Newton Abbot. This role is to provide administrative and recruitment support to the team of Consultants alongside an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure an efficient and accurate recruitment administration service.
The role of Apprentice Recruitment Administrator will involve prioritising workload and accommodating changing business demands while ensuring a timely and accurate service is provided to company employees and job applicants.
The successful candidate would work with existing clients from schools and education settings in the area. The role would also require the recruitment of teachers and TA’s to service schools in the South West and providing professional, consultative information.
The office is based in Newton Abbot. Other duties within the role includes making sales telephone calls, answering the phone and dealing with enquiries + online marketing tasks, such as promotional emails.
Duties Include:
- Posting job adverts on job boards, monitoring when adverts close and collating responses for the team
- Creating new teacher application forms ready for the interview and vetting process
- Managing candidates through the vetting process including updating applicant management system
- Conducting pre-employment checks and gathering references and documentation in line with school and safeguarding policy
- Monitoring and responding to the mailbox queries
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Collating and sharing website data
- Social media monitoring and posting
- Invoicing and Credit Control (training will be provided)
Hours: 40.00 per week
