About Us
Celebrating our 20th successful year in business, we are the premier manufacturer and installer of high-quality PVCu windows and doors for the new build market, working with many major PLC and SME house builders throughout the South West.
As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and commercial efficiency, we are restructuring our scheduling department to ensure we continue to deliver an accurate, “right first time” service across all commercial sites.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Installation & Scheduling Coordinator to play a key role in managing installation programmes across our new-build customer base.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a sharp eye for process efficiency, this role is for you.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced coordination role where you will take ownership of installation scheduling, labour planning, and operational performance. You will be the key link between our customers (site teams), installation teams, manufacturing facility, and internal accounts department, ensuring installations are delivered efficiently, on time, and with minimal disruption.
You will manage operational capacity, scheduling, and installation workflows using internal systems, ensuring maximum output, minimal wastage, and accurate data tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and book a rolling pipeline of plots (houses) using in-house T-Card and scheduling systems
- Ensure labour is used efficiently while achieving daily frame installation targets
- Coordinate with factory production management to maintain a steady production lead time
- Ensure financial compliance: all chargeable visits must have an active order and agreed price attached in the CRM prior to site attendance
- Conduct proactive site call rounds, logging updates and changes in the CRM
- Process daily fitting paperwork and timesheets for the accounts team
- Maintain a clean live diary with zero unassigned or open historical calls, ensuring reasons are captured for all cancellations
- Attend site meetings to review weekly and future installation plans, as well as site issues and H&S matters
- Actively monitor workload levels, flagging potential shortages or overloads and investigating any incomplete or cancelled calls
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Background in scheduling, logistics, or operations within construction, glazing, or engineering sectors
- Highly Organised: Strong logistical and scheduling ability, comfortable managing moving parts such as site changes, weather impacts, labour and production planning
- Detail-Focused: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data integrity
- Assertive Communicator: Confident managing site teams, installers, and internal stakeholders, setting clear expectations where needed
- Commercially Aware: Understands the impact of delays, unconfirmed orders, and incomplete paperwork on operational efficiency
- Strong Time Management: Able to balance focused administrative tasks with responsive communication throughout the day
What We Offer
- Competitive salary package reflective of experience
- Opportunity to play a pivotal role within a growing, multi-entity business group
- Structured and supportive working environment with clear KPIs and internal processes
