Full job description

Stoke Hill Preschool and Day Nursery is a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation and we have a rare and exciting opportunity as we are looking for an experienced Lead Administrator.

You will...

Have a sound knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.

Manage the day to day running of the office including a staff member

Be able to work closely with the Nursery lead on essential projects

Be responsible for all aspects of finance including paying invoices

Be able to prepare monthly invoices and work closely with Devon County Council regarding all aspects of children's funding

Be able to answer emails and telephone calls in a timely manner

Be friendly, polite and patient and enjoy working in a busy Nursery environment

The ability to deal confidently and professionally with all enquiries

Follow the Nursery school's ethos and commitment to safeguarding as a whole
