Full job description

Carousel Worldwide is the largest general calendar publisher & distributor in the UK.

We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team with a great eye for spectacular images and inspirational artwork. Working as part of the design team, you’ll be sourcing and selecting great quality images for calendars and diaries from image libraries and freelance photographers; ranging from stunning landscapes through to fine art imagery and everything in between. You’ll also need to be a good administrator with the ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Start date:

14th September 2026

Key Skills:

An understanding of photography and what makes a good image.
Conscientious with great attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Bridge & Microsoft Office.
Good time management skills to manage various projects at a time.
Self-motivated and able to organise own workflow to meet deadlines.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of admin and organisational skills.
Basic InDesign knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and select great images for our products.
Enter and manage relevant data on our database.
Manage photographers’ confirmations & liaise with freelance suppliers.
Project Management.
Help with all other administrative tasks.
