Full job description

Our family owned Farm shop is looking for an outgoing friendly individual to work as part of our cafe team.

This is a full-time position.

Good customer service skills are essential as is the ability to work in a fast paced busy setting.

Duties will include among other things, serving customers, taking orders, hosting and washing dishes.

Summary

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your core skills in barista experience and serving will enable you to craft high-quality beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on food safety and time management, you will maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Join our team to be a vital contributor in a vibrant coffee environment.

Qualifications

Barista experience - desirable, but training can be given to the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety practices - desirable
Skills in food preparation - desirable
Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
Effective time management abilities to ensure efficient service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standard
