We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join and work in a small close-knit team as part of a well-established, growing business based in Wellington, Somerset on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2027, covering maternity leave. We're happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants. We're looking for a capable, broad-skilled marketer who is comfortable covering a wide range of day-to-day marketing tasks and can hit the ground running.
Please note: subject to the candidate's ability and the ongoing needs of our growing business, there may be an opportunity for continued employment beyond the end of this fixed term.
Salary: £15.38 – £17.79 per hour (equivalent to £32,000 – £37,000 per annum, full-time), dependant on experience and ability.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break), full office hours. Part-time or flexible hours negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of the marketing calendar, keeping activities on track and on time
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline
- Write and produce marketing collateral including copywriting, e-shots/email marketing, and general content
- Support digital marketing efforts, including content marketing and social/professional networking platforms
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all channels
- Liaise with colleagues and external agencies/partners to keep messaging cohesive
- Help track and report on basic marketing metrics (e.g. campaign performance, lead generation)
Key Skills Required:
- Broad, hands-on marketing experience — a generalist who's comfortable across a variety of tasks
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or similar) is essential.
- Confident copywriter, with experience creating e-shots/email campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Good eye for design and attention to detail
- Well organised, able to manage time and multiple tasks independently
- Confident working on their own initiative across a broad and varied workload, as well as working in a small close-knit team.
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
