Your Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our multi‑hotel resort, overseeing day‑to‑day operations across Front of House, Food & Beverage, guest services, and safety standards. You’ll support the General Manager in driving performance, elevating service standards, and ensuring our teams feel motivated, supported, and empowered.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading from the front, and wants to grow within a dynamic leisure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of hotel operations across the resort
- Ensure exceptional guest service through continuous monitoring and improvement of standards
- Lead and support Front of House and F&B teams, ensuring systems and processes run efficiently
- Manage deliveries, stock control, and operational administration
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of team members
- Build a positive, collaborative working environment with strong morale and engagement
- Facilitate effective communication across departments
- Champion safe working practices, completing risk assessments and monitoring Health & Safety compliance
- Uphold company policies and lead by example in all areas of operation

Full‑time role: 40 hours over 5 days, including a mix of early/late shifts with weekend availability.
Salary: £27,872 per annum
