Reports to: Working Team Leader
Role Overview: Based at our Tallington site, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are produced to the highest standards, meeting the required safety and quality standards.
What our new Production operative will be doing:
· Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times.
· Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to the expected the standard.
· General operative duties capable of movement between departments.
· Assembly work.
· Palletisation of large components.
· Accurate picking and packing of small parts to documented bills and instructions.
The experience our new Production Operative will have includes:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Previous experience in a warehousing environment.
· Previous experience operating plastic forming machines is advantageous.
