Qualified Commercial Tyre Fitter

Location: Swindon

About Truckforce

Our TruckForce service network is made up of Goodyear equity-owned hubs and independent service providers specialising in the lifecycle management of truck tyres. Goodyear tyres are the product of over 100 years of innovation and state-of-the-art technology, offering very high levels of performance and safety and is a brand that is looking for several tyre fitters to support them all the way through their career.

Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps customers moving.

Contribute to maintaining strong safety and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

Carry out tyre fitting and maintenance for commercial vehicles.
Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns as required.
Deliver services in line with company standards and service agreements.
Complete job documentation accurately using digital tools.
Maintain company vehicle and equipment to a high standard.
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
Manage and prioritise workload effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown).
Proven experience as a commercial tyre fitter.
Valid UK driving licence.
Confident using digital devices such as tablets or computers.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Safety-focused, reliable, and motivated.

Important Information:

Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across the UK.
Overtime, Callouts and Weekend work may be required.
Competitive salary plus overtime, callouts, and bonus potential (£35,000 - £45,000 OTE).
