Packaging + Warehouse Operative
2026 is shaping up to be a big year at Duration Brewing. We’re about to complete our third cellar expansion since opening 7 years ago, and we’re looking for a Packaging + Warehouse Operative to join our production team this summer. We are looking to fill the role asap and ideally no later than July.
This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a fast-growing, independent brewery where no two days look the same. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, with plenty of scope to learn, develop and take ownership as we grow.
About Us
Duration is an award-winning modern brewery based in rural West Norfolk, with a taproom and shop on site. We brew beers inspired by our landscape and known for being balanced, consistent and highly drinkable across keg, can and cask.
Since launching in 2019, we’ve built a strong reputation in the UK craft scene. Our range spans pale ales, IPAs, lagers, stouts and Belgian-inspired beers, alongside more traditional and mixed fermentation styles. We collaborate widely and run a busy events calendar.
We’re a small but mighty team, and everyone rolls their sleeves up — this is a hands-on environment where variety is part of the job.
Role Overview
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) suited to a practical, organised all-rounder who enjoys working with both machinery and systems.
Your time will be split between packaging (cans and kegs) and supporting the warehouse operation alongside our Warehouse Manager. One day you might be running the canning line, the next building pallets, booking transport, or picking and packing web shop orders.
It’s a role for someone who likes to stay busy, problem-solve on the go, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly — from production line to dispatch.

- Maintaining accurate records in BREWW
- Ordering packaging supplies
- Keeping packaging and warehouse areas clean, tidy and safe
- Supporting the wider production team where needed
About You
You’re practical, proactive and comfortable with physical work. You enjoy working with your hands, learning machinery, and figuring things out as you go.
