Full job description

Job Summary

Shot Scope is looking for a Retailer Support Executive to become the primary point of contact for our global network of retailers and distributors.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional support via email and phone, ensuring our retail partners receive fast, accurate and professional assistance across all aspects of our product range and ordering process.

Working closely with the Sales, Operations and Customer Support teams, you'll manage retailer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, helping to provide a first-class experience for every partner.

Responsibilities

*Provide first-line support to retailers and distributors via email and telephone.
*Respond to product enquiries, technical questions and general retailer support requests.
*Process and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) requests, ensuring products are returned and replaced efficiently.
*Handle trade account enquiries, including pricing, trade terms and account administration.
*Assist retailers with stock availability, product recommendations and order enquiries.
*Manage invoice queries and liaise with internal teams to resolve payment or billing issues.
*Work closely with the logistics teams to resolve shipping and fulfilment issues.
*Maintain accurate retailer records and communication history within internal systems.
*Develop strong relationships with retailers, becoming a trusted point of contact.
*Identify recurring retailer issues and suggest improvements to internal processes and documentation.
*Answer general customer support emails when needed

Experience

*Previous roles in phone support
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
*A proactive approach to problem solving.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Basic knowledge of golf is required

Previous experience in customer service, retailer support, account management or sales support is desirable.

Pay: From £25,420.00 per year
