Full job description

D.CAIN&SON LTD HAVE VACANCIES FOR A HGV CLASS1 HIAB OPERATOR TO DRIVE A WAGON AND DRAG WITH LARGE HIAB.

THE CANDIDATE MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH THE USE OF LADDERS AND HEIGHTS, HAVE KNOWLEDGE WITH LARGE HIABS AND WAGON AND DRAGS. MUST BE RELIABLE AND HAVE A CAN DO ATTITUDE. THE JOB WOULD CONSIST OF MOVING SITE ACCOMMODATION UNITS, GENERATORS/PUMPS, PLANT AND SITE MATERIALS.

GOOD RATES OF PAY AND BONUS SCHEME, MOST OF THE WORK WE DO IS LOCAL WORK BUT NIGHTS OUT WILL BE REQUIRED AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY THE COMPANY (AVERAGE 1NIGHT OUT PER WEEK)

YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN TRUCK TO DRIVE ON A DAILY BASIS AND WILL BE EXPECTED TO KEEP THE TRUCK IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION.

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2YEARS HGV DRIVING EXPERIENCE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSESAND MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE COUNTRY.

THE PAY STRUCTURE WILL BE

MONDAY TO FRIDAY £18 PER HOUR

SATURDAY £25 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 5HOURS

SUNDAY OR NIGHT SHIFT £30 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 10HOURS

WHEN YOU TOW A TRAILER YOU WILL BE PAID EXTRA £20 PER DAY

YOU WILL ALSO GET A BONUS OF £100 PER MONTH

NIGHTS OUT WILL BE PAID AT £25 PER NIGHT AND PARKING FEES WILL BE PAID BY THE COMPANY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
