We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. If you’ve got a flair for creating mouth-watering dishes and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, then we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service during every shift.
Assisting with food preparation and maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring it is organised, clean and ready for service.
Helping to train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Contributing new ideas and embracing opportunities to learn and develop your culinary skills.
Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
Stepping up when needed and playing an active role in the success of the kitchen team.
