Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments and personalized skincare solutions, ensuring every client feels confident and pampered. Your expertise will help elevate our salon’s reputation for excellence, creating a welcoming environment where clients can relax and enjoy top-tier services. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior therapists, share your knowledge, and contribute to the continuous growth of our beauty offerings.

Duties

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and body treatments with precision and care
Apply makeup expertly for various occasions, ensuring clients’ desired looks are achieved flawlessly
Provide outstanding customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering tailored skincare advice
Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists to uphold high standards of service quality
Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
Expertise in makeup application for different skin types and occasions
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field is required; additional certifications in makeup artistry are a plus

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
