Full job description

Part-Time Bookkeeper (6-8 hours per week)

Henley on Thames | On-site with flexibility,

We are a small, growing eBike Retailer and established specialist online motor factor based in Satwell, Henley on Thames looking to recruit a Bookkeeper on a part-time freelance basis (approximately 6-8 hours per week).

This is a flexible role, and we are happy for the successful candidate to choose working hours that suit them, provided key tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The Role

The role will predominantly involve working with QuickBooks Accounting Software and will include:

Maintenance of the purchase ledger – processing purchase invoices and supplier payments and reconciling to supplier statements.
Maintenance of the sales ledger – processing sales invoices and customer receipts.
Regular bank, credit card and PayPal reconciliations
General bookkeeping and accounts administration as required
Supporting year-end processes

About You

Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts assistant role: minimum of 3 years
Good working knowledge of accounting QuickBooks software
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Licence/Certification: Driving license (preferred)
