Job Overview
LUXIA is looking for an experienced and highly professional Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is a clinical aesthetics role focused on advanced skin and regenerative treatments, including Polynucleotides, Skin Boosters, Exosomes, professional skin peels and other LUXIA treatment protocols.
We are looking for someone who understands that great aesthetics goes beyond administering a single product. The right practitioner will be confident carrying out consultations, assessing skin concerns, creating personalised treatment plans and combining treatments strategically to achieve the best possible client outcomes.
A registered nurse or healthcare professional with Level 6/7 aesthetics qualifications would be highly desirable, with independent prescribing qualifications considered a significant advantage.

The role will primarily involve delivering and developing treatment plans using the LUXIA professional range, including:
- LUXIA Polynucleotides
- LUXIA Skin Booster
- LUXIA Exosomes Skin+
- LUXIA Exosomes Hair+
- LUXIA Hyperpigmentation Brightening Peel
- Advanced skin rejuvenation protocols
- Combination treatment plans
- Professional skincare and aftercare
Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed client consultations and clinical assessments
- Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments safely and professionally
- Develop personalised treatment plans rather than treating products in isolation
- Educate clients on treatment options, expectations and appropriate aftercare
- Maintain comprehensive treatment records and documentation
- Follow strict clinical hygiene, infection-control and safety procedures
- Monitor treatment outcomes and conduct follow-up consultations
- Recommend appropriate treatment courses and professional skincare
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Support the continued development of LUXIA treatment protocols and client journeys
- Work alongside the wider LUXIA team across products, training and clinic development
- Participate in educational, marketing and social-media content where appropriate
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards at all times
Essential Experience & Qualifications
We are looking for a practitioner with:
- Strong experience within professional medical aesthetics
- Advanced injectable aesthetics training, ideally Level 6 or Level 7
- Experience administering Polynucleotides and Skin Boosters
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, consultation and treatment planning
- Confidence managing clients throughout the complete treatment journey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, safety-focused approach
- Appropriate insurance and professional registration for treatments undertaken
- A genuine interest in skin science, regenerative aesthetics and emerging technologies
Highly Desirable
- Registered Nurse, Doctor, Dentist or other appropriate healthcare professional
- Independent Prescriber / Nurse Prescriber qualification
- Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine or injectables
- Experience with Polynucleotides, Exosomes and regenerative skin treatments
- Experience treating hair and scalp concerns
- Experience delivering professional chemical peels
- Existing client base or strong local industry network
- Training or mentoring experience
- Confidence appearing in educational and social-media content
