Location – Longshot Lane, Bracknell

Working Hours – Monday - Thursday 9am – 4.30pm, Friday 9am - 3.30pm

Contract Type – Apprenticeship (Permanent - Full Time)

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, trend-obsessed, and proactive Social Media & Marketing Apprentice to join our team at our Longshot Lane office in Bracknell. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and is always up-to-date with the latest trends. You will be a key member of the Fun Cases team, managing everything from viral content and influencer collaborations to our TikTok Shop and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Content Creator: Create and post 2-3 TikToks per day, including jumping on the latest trends and audios, filming "office life" BTS, and creating satisfying "pack my order" videos.
Instagram & Community Management: Own the Instagram DMs and schedule posts that align with our email marketing (EDMs) to keep our brand voice consistent.
Influencer & PR Management: Identify "on-brand" creators for gifted collaborations, arrange for gifts to be sent out, and proactively chase content to ensure it is posted on time.
TikTok Shop & Ads: Lead the "revival" of our TikTok Shop by uploading products and maintaining the shopfront. Assist in running small-budget ad tests for shop promotions.
Trend Research & Design: Pitch new design ideas by staying across what is currently trending with younger female audiences.
Vinted Sustainability Project: Take charge of our Vinted account to list and sell returns, ensuring we stop stock from piling up while maintaining an organised workspace.
E-commerce Maintenance: Assist with website tasks, including uploading new designs and ensuring the online shop is updated and functioning correctly.

Qualifications and Skills:

A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
Creative flair with a strong attention to detail.
Organised, reliable, and hardworking.
Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand.
Excellent communication skills for managing influencer relationships and DMs.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new digital systems.

Details:

Full time, Monday - Thursday 9am – 4.30pm, Friday 9am - 3.30pm.
20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Closed between Christmas and New Year.
Starting salary of £15,000 per year
