Location: Lincoln Laser Skincare, 3 Beaumont Fee, Lincoln LN1 1UH
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time/Part-time (2-4 days a week + 1 Saturday a month)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata (depending on experience and hours)
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Laser aesthetic professional within the skin care and laser speciality, with a proven track record of success in delivering a high quality, patient-led service alongside team leadership.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented with outstanding customer service skills and sales skills. We are seeking an individual who specifically has knowledge of Lasers specialising in hair removal, thread vein removal, pigment removal, tattoo removal, laser resurfacing, acne and acne scarring and rejuvenation. We would therefore give priority to the applicants with experience in a dermatology role.
The intention with this role is to focus your skills and experience to become the lead laser practitioner within the clinic to lead this service within the company (and overtime taking over this role from current lead nurse and managing director). This will include assessing and carrying out consultations, providing education and clear expectations, preparing patients for Laser procedures, selecting appropriate parameters and providing exceptional customer service, support and care. Treating all patients with respect, dignity, honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead laser treatments within the clinic, including assessing and preparing patients, selecting appropriate parameters, and providing top-tier customer service.
·Perform a variety of laser and aesthetic treatments (training provided).
·Maintain the highest standards of patient care, ensuring respect, dignity, and integrity at all times.
·Work independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team environment.
Experience and Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
·Qualifications: Full Level 3-4 Beauty Therapy, General and Level 4 Qualifications OR NMC PIN (UK).
·Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in dermatology/aesthetics/lasers with a strong understanding of skin anatomy and treatment options. Experience in laser/aesthetics (2-4 years) and a lead role (1 year) is preferred.
·Skills: Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct detailed patient consultations, recommend appropriate treatments, and follow through with patient care.
·Attributes: Reliable, Proactive, self-motivated, and performance-driven with a strong passion for client safety and care. Must be punctual, approachable and friendly, and presentable.
