About the Role

The Production Operator will be responsible for the manufacture of SGRT-related products. This includes, but is not limited to, electro-mechanical assembly, installation of software onto workstations, and testing assembled systems to ensure they meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Electro-mechanical assembly of Vision RT products, including imaging devices, workstations, power supplies, and extruded metal work
Soldering of components and wiring
Conducting in-process production testing
Working in line with manufacturing and test work instructions
Completing and maintaining production-related documentation accurately
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Ability to follow work instructions and test documentation
Strong attention to detail
Accurate completion of documentation and paperwork
Flexible approach with the ability to support a variety of activities within a manufacturing environment
Experience working within an FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485-certified environment (desirable)

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience with 5S, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies
Participation in Kaizen or continuous improvement events
