We are rapidly growing Estate agent in Epsom and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiators to join our successful team.
The ideal candidate MUST have some estate agency experience, but is not essential we will consider those with a good sales background. training will be provided. we after someone with natural and intuitive sale skills, with an ability to create close relationships with various stakeholders, have excellent organisational and time management skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. this role will also require you to possess a driving licence. travel to and from various appointments. The Key responsibilities of a Sales and Letting Negotiator include, but are not limited to:
- Registering applicants for both Sales and Lettings.
- Arranging appointments and carrying out viewing.
- Liaising with admin and all staff and oversee individual deals through to completion.
- Building relationships with all clients .
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek new and retain business .
- Promoting the company actively, identify new business and liaising with the Director to grow the clients base.
- Assisting in the smooth running of the office, performing general ad-hoc tasks as required Hold a full and valid UK driving licence.
