About Us:

Sushi Moto is a vibrant and growing restaurant known for delivering authentic flavors and excellent service. As we expand our offerings, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Nepali Chef to join our kitchen team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes, maintaining traditional flavors and presentation.
Design and update the Nepali menu, including specials and seasonal items.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain inventory and manage kitchen supplies related to Nepali cuisine.
Train junior staff on Nepali food preparation techniques and standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nepali chef in a professional kitchen.
Deep knowledge of traditional Nepali ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as required.
Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and passionate about cooking.
