As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be doing incredible things supporting our Senior Management Team and our Clients.
You will be based at our Office in Wigan and the starting salary is £24,500.00 pro rata working 5 days a week.
About the role
To support the Facilities and Asset Management team in the upkeep of all maintenance and service records for our Clients as directed by our M&E team
This will also include providing administrative support across the facilities team
To support the planning of maintenance works e.g coordinating site access for subcontractors, collating and distributing key information such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements to relevant persons, upkeep of the Fire Risk Assessments portal etc.
To support the set up and upkeep of new and existing suppliers via the Supply Chain Management portal.
To support the management of relationships with external service providers, ensuring delivery of planned and reactive work on time.
To support the wider team with tasks as required and perform any other duties as directed by your Line Manager which support delivery of the contract deliverables.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic facilities administrator with good communication skills and attention to detail.
You must be comfortable working as part of a supportive team but also using your own initiative when required.
Good understanding of Facilities, Good communicator on the phone or face-to-face, able to multi task and be organised.
Good with numbers, spreadsheet and able to send emails too
Driving licence would be a bonus and attend meetings would also be part of the position with sometimes some travelling involved.
