Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Mobile Response Officer to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling customer sites, locking and unlocking, and responding promptly to alarm activations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of our clients premises through proactive observation and swift action. The position involves working in various environments, confident decision making and liaising with emergency services.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites to identify potential security risks or irregularities
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or vandalism
Maintain detailed incident reports and log activities accurately during shifts
Liaise with local authorities or emergency services as required during critical situations
Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any faults or damages promptly
Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service when interacting with staff and visitors

Qualifications

Prior experience in mobile response security
First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
Strong observational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Valid security licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments

Pay: £13.00 per hour
