About the role:
We’re looking for two Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our friendly, experienced team at our Doncaster Depot on a permanent basis. At this point in time, we are not taking on any trainee positions.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital part in keeping road users, local communities and your colleagues safe by installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management systems across a variety of sites.
You’ll be working as part of a supportive crew, setting out cones, signs, frames and traffic control measures in line with Chapter 8 requirements. Occasionally, there may be opportunities to support teams at other locations, giving you the chance to broaden your experience and skills.
Traffic management is a 24/7 industry, so flexibility is important. Our work patterns vary to meet client and operational needs, including weekend work and nights with rotas in place in advance wherever possible and we aim to be fair and balanced in how work is allocated across the team.

Due to the nature of the business, weekend working (Saturday and Sunday) will be a regular part of your role. Weekend working may form part of your 5-day working week or may be offered as additional voluntary working.
What skills you need:
· Have a passion for working in Traffic Management
· Lantra 12D M5 qualification highly desirable
· You possess a Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points
· Self-starter and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
· Organised with attention to detail
· Hardworking and Enthusiastic
· Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
· Knowledge of Chapter 8
· Have the right to work in the UK
· Team Player
