The Role

A position has arisen in our Basildon offices for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. The candidate will be required to deliver a high standard of work to clients at all times. Typical duties include:

· Running your own case load

· Freehold/Leasehold properties

· Preparing Contract packs

· Reporting on Title

· Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers

· Exchanges and completions

· Complying with rules and regulations

· Other reasonable duties in connection with the role.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

To be able to manage their own caseload
Excellent customer service skills
Good telephone manner/communication
To be able to work as part of a team
