Now, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our thriving department in Chelmsford or Colchester.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firm’s professional network
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-referrals and firm-wide growth

What about you?

You'll ideally come from a Commercial Property background in a well-regarded law firm. It's likely you'll be around 5+ years PQE . Importantly, you’ll have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self-motivated approach you’ll have with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
