We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The main responsibilities of a Front Desk Hotel Receptionist include:

· Welcoming guests and providing a friendly first impression.

· Checking guests in and out efficiently.

· Handling room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

· Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.

· Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

· Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records.

· Handling guest complaints and resolving issues professionally.

· Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

· Maintaining guest records and updating the hotel management system.

· Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.

· Managing room keys or key cards securely.

· Following hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
