Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile solicitor specialising in Residential and preferably some Commercial Conveyancing to assist partner with existing case load.

The position is similar to our other listing but would be suitable to someone who wishes to work shorter hours/have more flexibility.

This is a full-time, in-office position suitable for a professional who values the stability of a practice with four decades of history. You will manage a diverse caseload from instruction through to completion, providing expert legal advice to a mix of long-standing and new clients. Working from home one to two days a week is a possibility subject to the necessity for an initial in person attendance during the first 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters (freehold/leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages).
Utilising Leap case management software for document automation and file management would be useful.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate and proven experience.
Proven experience in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.

Position Details

Location: Romford
Normal Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
