Job Types: Full Time. Permanent. Office based.
Working hours: Full Time = 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:45 am - 17:15 pm.
Salary: starting at £25,400 which is negotiable for experienced candidates

At Incident Management Solutions (IMS) we specialise in helping our clients deal with the `vehicle journey’ after a motor incident. Whether it be Repair, Total Loss, Cash-in-lieu or just Engineering.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Claim Handler, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, liaising with various parties to aid in the completion of claims.
You’ll also:
- Ensure all information obtained is accurate and clearly noted;
- Liaise with customers, insurers, repairers and governing bodies, providing updates via verbal and written communication;
- Monitoring a shared inbox of incoming emails, whilst continuing to monitor an inbox of your own;
- Review and process documents in line with Service Level Agreements;
- Work towards daily and monthly targets.
What you’ll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
- Knowledge of Microsoft and I.T packages particularly Excel.
- Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform under pressure
