Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing sales within the organisation, fostering strong relationships with clients, and supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their sales expertise within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Identify new sales opportunities within the organisation’s client base and target markets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales or internal sales roles is prefrered.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
