We are seeking a passionate, professional, and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our Diamonds team as a Supervisor.
Essential Skills & Experience
Candidates MUST be confident and experienced in:
Waxing
Manicures and pedicures with gel polish
Massage
Facials
Lash and brow tinting
Desirable Skills
The following qualifications and experience would be an advantage:
Builder gel application
Lash lifts
Brow lamination
Threading
Lash extensions
Intimate waxing
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of professional beauty treatments to a high standard.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience.
Support the Salon Manager with daily salon operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the salon.
Marketing and social media skills is admirable.
MUST have 3+ years experience in salon/spa industry to apply for supervisor, newly qualified therapists can be considered for a junior position, specialised therapists can be considered for self employed positions.
Flexitime Hours and Pay
(Ideally)
Wednesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm and 2:00pm – 8:00pm alternates
Flexible Working: Hours are primarily Wednesday to Friday as listed; however, some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business. Additional hours and occasional Saturday shifts may be available. Working patterns can be discussed with the successful candidate.
£13-£15ph
