About Us

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment, hospitality, or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping clients find exceptional talent.

The Role

As a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, winning new business, managing vacancies, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to successful placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing hospitality clients.
Proactively generate new business through networking, sales calls, referrals, and client visits.
Source, interview, and assess candidates for temporary and permanent hospitality roles.
Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.
Manage candidate onboarding, including compliance and right-to-work checks.
Maintain regular contact with clients and workers to ensure excellent service.
Respond quickly to client staffing requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
Keep candidate and client records up to date using the company CRM.
Work towards individual and team sales and recruitment targets.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures.

Previous experience in recruitment, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
Confident in business development and winning new clients.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude.

Desirable

Hospitality industry knowledge.
Recruitment agency experience.
Full UK driving licence.
