About the role

Job Description

Accurately dispensing prescription medications to patients.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries.
Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
Delivering exceptional standards through operational compliance to ensure efficiency and maximise profitability.
Managing stock, including ordering, date checking, and organizing medications.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote our services.

What you’ll need to have.

We’re offering you an exciting opportunity to continue your professional journey. You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services and may currently be or have previous experience of working as a Pharmacy Dispenser to join us.

We’re offering you an exciting opportunity to start on your professional journey. You will need to have experience of working with customers and be willing to complete an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services.

Please note, a pharmacy qualification is preferred but we will consider a trainee should the applicant have suitable prior experience.

NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent), or willing to work towards.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using different IT systems.

Our Benefits

There are 2 positions available, must be available on the following days and times, but the final contract pattern is open to negotiation:
Tuesday, Friday (9am-5:30pm) and every second Saturday 9-1 (average weekly hours 17h)
Tuesday 9-5:30, Wednesday 9-1, Thursday 9-5:30, every second Friday 9-5:30 (average weekly hours 22.75h)
Starting rate £12.95ph for trainee dispenser.
Holidays – 28 days per year pro rata
