Join Our Growing Property Maintenance Team
We're looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our expanding team carrying out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Hampshire.

Working from our Fleet office, you'll travel to properties across Hampshire completing a mixture of void refurbishments and day-to-day maintenance, ensuring homes are safe, well-presented and ready for tenants.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out full void property refurbishments
- Completing responsive day-to-day maintenance and repairs
- General carpentry including doors, skirting, kitchens and ironmongery
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Patch plastering and making good
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling, silicone works and general finishing
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Working professionally within occupied and empty properties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or social housing
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
- Strong all-round trade skills with at least one core trade specialism
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Own hand and power tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
