About the Role

We are looking for a professional, friendly and reliable Front of House Assistant to join our team at an elite private estate. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, discreet, safe and well-maintained environment for residents and their guests.

Working closely with the Concierge and Security teams, you will provide excellent front of house and administrative support while ensuring residents and visitors receive the highest standard of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist residents, guests and visitors in a professional, friendly and discreet manner.
Communicate effectively with residents, guests, contractors and colleagues.
Provide general front of house and administrative support.
Support the Concierge and Security teams with day-to-day duties.
Answer and manage telephone calls and respond to emails appropriately.
Assist residents with general enquiries and requests, escalating issues when required.
Help maintain a clean, tidy and presentable front of house environment.
Carry out regular cleaning and upkeep of spa and leisure facilities to an exceptionally high standard.
Monitor communal and resident-facing areas and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain a professional, polished and welcoming presence throughout the estate.
Respect and maintain the highest levels of privacy, discretion and confidentiality.
Follow all relevant health, safety, security and operational procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Friendly, approachable and exceptionally customer-focused.
Professional, discreet and confident when communicating with residents and guests.
Reliable, punctual and immaculately presented.
Comfortable handling telephone and email communication.
Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks.
Proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team.
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Previous experience in private estates, luxury hospitality, concierge, front of house, high-end residential property, reception or customer service would be advantageous.
