Paton Bros Scaffolding Limited is a well-established and growing scaffolding contractor delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality access solutions across commercial, residential, infrastructure, nuclear, water, and domestic projects.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced and reliable Scaffolders to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Work in line with TG20, SG4, and current Health & Safety regulations
- Read and interpret scaffold designs where required
- Carry out scaffold inspections and pre-use checks
- Maintain high safety standards on site
- Load, unload, and handle scaffold materials correctly
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site teams
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CISRS Card (Part 1 / Part 2 / Advanced)
- CSCS-affiliated CISRS card
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards
- Ability to work at height and carry out manual handling
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Advanced Scaffolder qualification
- HGV Licence
- Experience on commercial or large-scale projects
