International Sales Coordinator with French language

The Role – International Sales Coordinator
As an organised and driven office professional, you will join the business in a role that will consistently develop as the company continues to grow. You will take a hands-on approach to office tasks working alongside the team within a supportive, spacious open plan office. As a International Sales Coordinator your role will be varied with main responsibilities and duties to include:
· Customer account management, developing good relationships, looking after and speaking to customers to ensure business levels are maintained.
· Speaking to European customers with business level fluency in French language `
· Processing quotations & sales orders in a timely manner.
· Checking stock availability & managing lead times using the company ERP Software (Intact)
· Coordinating delivery dates and transportation worldwide for on time, in full, delivery.
· Ensuring accurate completion of customs export documentation.
· Engaging in weekly team meetings.
· Assist with the continued development of standards and procedures within the Sales Team office to ensure customer needs and relationships are serviced efficiently.
· Working closely with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements.
· Update CRM system as and when required.
· Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve any queries.
· General office duties to include answering telephone & fielding calls.
Our Requirements - Sales Coordinator
Must have:
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of service.
· Can demonstrate analytical thinking and has a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
· Takes responsibility and accountability for own work whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
· Adaptable and flexible attitude to work, with commitment to deliver business support accurately and under pressure.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications to include a minimum of Outlook, Excel & Word.
· Strong interpersonal / communication skills, both written and verbal and is comfortable at all levels of client/stakeholder contact.
· High level of numeracy and literacy skills.
· Import/export experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
· Additional attributes considered advantageous:
· Reliable, organised, and diligent, with an excellent telephone manner.
· Capable of working with minimal supervision and use own initiative when needed.
· Has a proactive mindset and excellent time management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
