HR Coordinator
Are you organised, people-focused, and looking to build a career in HR? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR team where no two days look the same. You'll play a central role in our recruitment activity and keep the engine of our HR function running smoothly, with real scope to grow and develop as you go.
Working closely with our HR Adviser and Senior HR Adviser, you'll take ownership of recruitment coordination from start to finish, while supporting the wider team with HR administration, data management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Recruitment - your core focus Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, manage job postings on LinkedIn and job boards, coordinate interviews, liaise with agencies within agreed terms, and keep the ATS accurate and up to date. You'll track key metrics like time-to-hire and retention to help us continuously improve how we hire.
Onboarding & induction Coordinate induction schedules for every new joiner, ensure pre-employment checks and system access are in place ahead of day one, and support new starters through to the end of their probationary period.
HR administration & data entry Maintain accurate employee records on the HRIS, process all lifecycle changes, draft HR correspondence, and support payroll with timely and accurate updates. You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, escalating to the team where needed.
Reporting & data Produce regular HR dashboards tracking headcount, absence, turnover, and recruitment activity, providing accurate data to support business decisions.
Learning & development Support the coordination of training programmes, workshops, and e-learning, liaise with external providers, and maintain up-to-date training records.
